Rectified  provisional merit list (after solving payment related issue)

Ø  Names of the applicants who have applied multiple times for the same subject and whose names are published in the merit list more than once with different applicant IDs will be considered according to their first rank or position in the merit list.

Ø  Candidates who have applied for honours in a particular subject, are requested to report on the specific day (27.6.18. or 28.6.18.  depending on the honours subject applied for) within the time duration scheduled for reporting (10.30 am - 11.30 am). Attendance after the reporting time and in another day will not be entertained.

Ø  Even if an applicant's name is published in the merit list, she will never be considered eligible for getting admission in a particular subject, if she does not report on due date and time.

REPORTING DATE & TIME

·         Students must report between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the college.  Beyond this hour, no candidates will be entertained.

·         If, in case of any genuine reason, a candidate reports late, she will have to sign her time of reporting, and will be considered for admission ONLY if there are vacancies after those who have reported on time have been admitted.

·         Application Forms which are not properly filled in shall NOT be considered.

·         Admission shall be cancelled if false/ wrong information is provided.

·         Year of passing H.S. or equivalent examination should not be earlier than 2013.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Reporting

1.      Signed Hard copy of Application Form.

2.      Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or equivalent examination.

3.      Self attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of last qualifying examination.

4.      Original Admit Card of Madhyamik /age proof.

5.      Self attested photocopy of Madhyamik Admit card or age-proof.

6.      Four copies of recent color passport-size photograph.

7.      Caste Certificate in original (only for SC/ST/OBC-A, OBC-B, issued by SDO or DM).

8.      Self attested photocopy of Caste Certificate.

9.      Disability Certificate in original (only for PWD/PH candidates).

10.  Self attested photocopy of PWD (PH) Certificate.

11.  Original and photocopy of Income certificate / BPL card of parents.

12.  Blood group Certificate.

13.  Original and photocopy of Character Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

1.      Original Mark Sheet of H.S. or equivalent examination.

2.      Payment Confirmation challan (admission fees, this challan will be generated by us at the time of admission).
